“ Cute little restaurant tucked behind the mall you likely won't pass unless you're looking for it. They have a small parking lot out front, or you could easily park at the mall. They're "open" until 9pm, but they probably won't seat you after about 8:30pm, so err on the earlier side. The service is pleasantly unhurried--they'll check in, but not all the time, and it's a relaxed meal, at least on a Sunday evening. There were some locals there for hours, and they seemed to be regulars familiar with the staff. Long story short, I wouldn't recommend it for a fast meal, but if you have time it's a comfortable meal and nice place to hang out. A prior review said cash only, but in 2024 they took credit card. The menu is handwritten and photocopied and put on a clipboard, so I'm guessing it changes frequently, probably not in major ways but tweaks at least. Note that it's only available in Japanese, so bring a phone with service and a translation app. They started with a little plate of pickles--something red with a pit, and cucumbers--somehow the cucumbers turned neon green, which was fun, and the cucumbers were tasty. I ordered balsamic chicken and homemade bread. The chicken was delicious and tender, in a sort of buttery sauce with a few pieces of green and red pepper, a piece of cauliflower, and a slice of something that might have been apple. The bread was very toasted and more crunchy than chewy. The chicken didn't come with much starch, just the little bit of veggies, so the bread was essential. This place would be fun with a big group, order one of everything and lots of bread. The chicken had some nice sauce/broth in the dish for dipping the bread. The service was friendly and helpful, and not English-speaking, but it worked fine with a little effort and the help of phone translation apps. ”
“ The place is a hidden gem of Okinawa. If you like authentic Italian food, this is the place for you. The flavors are so deep. This has been the closes I have ever felt to Italy. The bottles of wine pick for each daily menu pair perfectly with the food served. I highly recommend this place. To be honest I hope no one finds this place so it can remain my secret! The food is too die for... I rarely give a five star rating for any place. But this place seriously deserves it. This is a mom and pop restaurant. Not like one of those pasta franchises. Truly amazing! ”
